Utility Room
Fully equipped with sink, washing machine and laundry facilities, the tiled floor is ideal for muddy boots and damp dogs, with plenty of space for hanging coats. Leading conveniently to:

with shower cubicle and downstairs WC. Towels are provided.
Lounge
Furnished with a comfortable corner sofa seating 5, an additional beanbag, coffee tables, widescreen 32″ TV and DVD/Blueray player, and fibre broadband WiFi. Lamps provide ambient lighting and a good selection of books, maps, games and DVD’s for all ages can be found on the bookcase. Enjoy, but please don’t feed the seagulls!
Kitchen
Overlooking the garden, with a door leading to the patio, the kitchen is fully equipped with electric fan oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and all the cooking implements, oven and tableware you would expect to find in your own home. T-towels and oven gloves provided.
Dining Room
With wooden flooring and cosy lighting, the oak table accommodates six with comfortable dining chairs, oak sideboard, hifi system with CD, Radio and iPhone dock. High Chair available on request. The understair storage is ideal for suitcases with stairs leading to:
3 Bedrooms
Sleeping 5 guests in one kingsize, one double and one single. All bedding, bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot is available on request. Ample storage is provided with wardrobes and drawers in all rooms. Hairdryer/s supplied.
Family Bathroom
Wash-Hand Basin, upstairs WC and Bath – ideal to relax after all that beach fun and fresh air!
Garden
Close the gates and you’re fully enclosed for children and dogs to run freely, with parking for two cars, patio and lawn area. Garden furniture and a BBQ are available for use in the summer months.
Please note: the drive drops away on the right-hand side so guests with low-slung cars are advised to park on the left-hand side, but do so entirely at their own risk – on street parking is available as an alternative.
Pets
Two well behaved dogs are welcome with your party. Please bring your own feeding bowls and pet bedding. We do not allow pets to be left in the Cottage unattended and please do not allow them on the furniture or upstairs. We also make a small extra cleaning charge of £20 per dog per week to cover the extra cleaning.
